Our goal is to help marketers learn from other marketers across different industries and to help provide perspective for agencies about the things marketers deal with every day, to help them better represent their clients and win new business.

What We Discussed:

In today’s interview we discussed Lisa’s role, her approaches to marketing, and how the pandemic impacted her approach to managing her business.

We also had a lively discussion about telemedicine and her predictions for the future of a practice that exploded during the pandemic and still remains an important part of the healthcare industry.

Lisa also shared her approach to keeping the many parts and pieces of the hospital system on the same page in terms of messaging, positioning, articulation of the brand’s equity, and its internal communication.

We discussed the value of in-house agencies and when and where she looks for help outside of her internal team.

And we closed out the interview with Lisa giving other marketers advice on what to think about if they’re bringing a new agency on board – and advice to agencies that might be interested in working with her.

Thanks Lisa Chase for a great interview!
